You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have rights to upload any photos or content

4. Payment and Refunds

Pricing: Each invitation package costs £9.99.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund if you're not satisfied with your invitation
• Contact us within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a license to use these photos solely for the purpose of generating your invitations.

Generated Content: AI-generated invitations are provided for your personal use. You may print and share these invitations for your personal events.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Partyful to:

• Generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Upload photos you don't have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute our invitation templates

7. Limitation of Liability

Partyful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
